Why is fitness important?

A recent picture of mine but still my overall health is still the same. Got back to the grind this week!

For overall well being of yourself - physically , mentally , spiritually.

As I mentioned. I have been really busy since months , I couldn’t follow my diet or exercise regime in a consistent manner which I like but still my body respected it and it still is the same with no side effects of sleepless nights, workload and personal obligations.

Why don't I want to talk to my girlfriend when she loves me a lot? I feel bored.

It’s been too hectic of a few months, with all things happening at a fast pace and all at once.

I’m back after a long hiatus.

I know , I know.

Sorry, Trump supporters, but eventually it will have to be asked: Why didn't Trump do as well in his first term as he is doing NOW?

It keeps you so energised , keeps disease free, happy from within and so much more. The benefits outweigh the one hour sweat you give.

That’s what fitness does to you!

But coming back to the question. I have always advocated to being active in any sphere - be it swimming , sports , yoga , gym or walk.

Why do certain religions consider menstruating women to be impure? Where did the concept of impurity stem from?
